Pargo aka snail mail

When parcels are sent with Pargo, this sit at the courier hub for more than a week with ZERO movement, then when you try and follow up you get "Thanks! I'll hand you over to a support agent in just a moment." and the "support agent" tells you, well if there is no movement tomorrow I'll escalate, so the next day there is still no movement and you get "Thanks! I'll hand you over to a support agent in just a moment.", then silence............................................... Any companies using Pargo should seriously seek an alternate supplier, I won't be shopping with this store again as a result of the shocking delays with Pargo - pick your partners carefully!
