Pargo - 3 missing parcels / no response / no refunds

3 parcels lost in 1 week, they have up to a R1000 automatic insurance, if you ask for your money, they ignore you, but they post party photo’s on their facebook page!!! Disgusting and Disgraceful!! Give back the people’s money or parcels or remove your services from facebook and Yaga! There is bad reviews on your facebook page and Hello Peter!! You guys don’t respond even to this! Just showcase your lack of care and pathetic service!!
