PARCEL STUCK IN LIMBO

After numerous emails with no response I have unfortunately had to resort to coming here.

I urge you to please assist.

Pargo send a notification for me to collect my parcel OFT1T***5 at the selected pick up point on the 7th - fine I go on the 13th. When I get there I am advised that my parcel never reached the pick up point.

Please explain, how or where is the parcel delivered.

At this point I am even suspecting theft, I implore you to look into this.
