Parcel not delivered weeks later and cannot be found

The parcel was picked up by courier from Clicks Celtis Ridge on 08th October and it is supposed to be delivered to Clicks Randfontein but to date it has not been delivered. I keep sending WhatsApp messages and I am not getting any assistance. How does a parcel take this long when it is within the same province of Gp? They lost my parcel and I want it back or they must compensate me
