Parcel missing from Cargo.

How I wish I had read these reviews before selecting Pargo for my parcel. Poetry handed my parcel over to Pargo, I received notification to collect only to get to my collection point and be told that the parcel never arrived. I logged a call with poetry and was told Pargo is investing. No one has ever contacted me to let me know what is happening. It's either someone at Pargo stole my parcel or it was delivered to the wrong person but how will I know if no one is saying anything to me.
