Parcel been held for 2 months now

Pargo courier is so unprofessional and doesnt take their customers serious,i cant blv iv waited since January fr my parcel that they claim its been collected frm clicks seshego circle centre,,wen i follow up they telling me they busy with investigations,so investigating which id took a parcel rakes 2 full months? I need my staff pls ,pargo bring my parcel my bsness is now on hold fr 2full months bcos u and ur collection point clicks are holding my parcel...m now fedup ,im using data and airtime to contact u guys fr smtng that ur company dd,pls take responsibility of ur misrakes and fix it.
