Out for delivery for 4 days- are you using a wheelbarrow?

I placed an order on the 30th Jan 2024 and paid a priority delivery fee..

The tracking update shows “out for delivery” since the 31st January.. todays the 3rd Feb..

I’ve called in over 7 times and they keep giving you the same pathetic excuse that “it’s out for delivery”

A manager by the name of KEAGAN called me yesterday (2nd Feb) and made false promises that I will be contacted and the parcel delivered by this morning on the 3rd Feb..

Surprise !!!! Still nothing…

I called in again this morning and asked to speak to a manager. The agent said that management doesn’t work on a weekend and she would escalate for a response on Monday the 5th Feb

The MOST USELESS UNACCOUNTABLE COMPANY in South Africa..

It takes them 7 days to find a solution and yet the parcel was delivered to them by the supplier 6 days prior ..

Please DONT EVER deal with this company .. a fly by night knock off courier facility. They tried to mimick Pudo and got it completely wrong.. they missed the plot..
