Once bitten, twice shy

Unfortunately SPREE makes use of this courier company. I live on a farm so I have to make use of them seeing that they cant deliver to my doorstep. But I've had 2 bad experiences with them. After the 1st experience (they forgot to pick up my return parcel) and it was left for 2 weeks. Only after my enquiry into the matter and refund, they got their act together) I promised myself that I won't be buying anything from Spree again because of Pargo...... and now again. So definitely NEVER again. Spree is excellent. Pargo not so much.
