Offline and therefore unable to collect

Poor service! I was told to go and collect the parcel at Woolworth Brooklyn in Pretoria. When I arrived at Woolworth Brooklyn, I was informed to come back in a few weeks time, because they are not online with Pargo yet.

Why is Woolworth Brooklyn then an option for collection if it is not online yet?
