Not suitable if you are in a hurry

I spoke too soon when I gave them a 5 star rating a few weeks ago. The deliveries take forever. They advertise a 3-5 delivery service but 50% of my orders to date are way outside that time frame. The first took 12 working days and I am now again waiting for a parcel for 8 working days and it is still not delivered. Yes, the service is cheap and convenient but you get what you pay for. If you do not mind waiting forever then go for it. Moving forward I will only use this courier for things that are not urgent at all. Back to RAM and The Courier Guy for me.
