Non delivery 19 days after they collected my package. Poor Customer service

Pargo Couriers emailed me on 26 January 2023 to notify me that my parcel was collected from the distributor. To date (14/02/23) they still have not delivered my package. I called and emailed their Customer Support on Monday 6 February. On the call, they said that they would escalate the call and that I would get feedback within 48 hours. They rep**** to my email on Friday 10 February to inform me that they were awaiting feedback on my query. I still have no package and no feedback.
