NO UPDATES , DELIVERY TAKES A MONTH, NO ONE CALLS YOU BACK

I placed an order on the 24th of May 2024.

On the 4th of June (10days later) I got a call from the driver wanting my exact location saying they are coming to deliver, that was the last call I got from them. I called the Pargo contact line on the 11th of June spoke to a lady (dont remember her name) said there is an issue with my order but will give me a call back. NOTHING!!! Called again on the 12th spoke to Micheal, he said he will escalate the issue but assured me that he will call me back with an update. NOTHING!!!! I called again on the 13th spoke to the same Micheal and he advise that he is waiting for feedback from him manager he will give me a call. AGAIN NOTHING!!!

I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW AN ORDER OF 2 SMALL ITEMS CAN TAKE ALMOST AN ENTIRE MOTNH TO BE DELIVERED, NOT ONLY THAT YOU HAVE TO DO FOLLOW UPS, NO ONE CARES TO CALL YOU BACK.
