No service or delivery!

No customer sevice. No delivery. I have been waiting 3 days for a parcel that i was informed will be delivered before 5pm. I receive an SMS at 21:17 to tell me my parcel is on the way and will be delivered before 5pm! Absolute joke! Phoning them also doesnt help, they cant even tell you where the parcel is, nevermind when you will get it! No use contacting depot manager, he doesnt even reply! Pathetic service@
