No Response

So at first i was happy with their fast service. i ordered my product on 14/01/16 and it got here on 18/01/16 (considering the weekend in between that was quite fast).<br> But since ive returned my packet to the excel garage (19/01/16) to be returned to the supplier iv heard nothing from them since, today (22/01/16). The supplier only gives me 10 days to return the product and after that i get no refund. Im so stressed ive sent them multiple emails and have received now response.<br> I just want to know when they are going to collect my parcel and if it wil be on time back at the suppliers??
