No parcel, no update.

I have received a WA on 16 September 2025 19:17 from Pargo that my parcel arrived at Clicks Anthos centre.

Went yesterday (17 Sept) in the afternoon, Clicks could not find it. Clicks phoned Pargo (Cape Town) to follow up. Pargo said it is a technical error, the problem has been escalated and that I would be updated.

No update thus far. Please assist, I am not blaming Clicks, according to them its the second time this issue arose.
