No delivery

I received an email and message at 11:16 stating that my parcel is ready for collection. I went to the collection address and my parcel was not there. I phoned ********** who were unable to assist me due to "load shedding". I was told I would be called back but have not yet been. Pargo has just wasted a hour of my time.
