Never ever again!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER Worst first experience ever. I'll never order anything online when Pargo are the couriers. Their website says "Delivery can take up to three business days from the day Pargo collects the parcel". We'll guess what it's 9 business days , my parcel is still at the courier hub. Been there since the 27 of March 2024. And it's always "We will escalate the matter". Never again!
