My parcel has not left the drop off point (7th business day)

I had a bad experience with Pargo in the past.I waited 13 business days to receive my parcel.

I recently started using Pargo again and the first 2 parcels was delivered on time.

On the 15th of October 2025 I dropped off my parcel at Edgars Somerset Mall. Today the 24th of October 2025 is the 7th working day that the parcel has not left the drop off point (Edgars Somerset Mall) They have failed once again to deliver my parcel with in the 3-5 working day window.

I have even assured the customer that I'm doing everything I can on my side.I am not sure if I'll continue using Pargo to send my parcels to customers as it is effecting business my side.
