Most pathetic courier service I have ever received!!!!

Already taken the money from my account... On Thursday I booked a pickup through Bidorbuy... After waiting the whole Friday we had loadshedding from 14:00-18:00 so we left at 16:45 to go get takeout. The driver Lucky phoned me at 16:49 so we turned around to rush back but then he asked if he can collect on Monday because he was not willing to wait 5 minutes for us to return. Monday I waited the whole day... No show. So Monday 16:58 I sent them a message on Messenger asking them when they will collect.... IT WAS READ BUT NO ANSWER!! So I phoned them at 11:00... The lady whom I spoke to started yelling at me after I got furious that she could not even give me an answer as to when they will be able to come and collect this package... They have a lead time for delivery 3 working days on BidorBuy that the sellers cannot change. I sent them a message on their website but I am not expecting a response. I phoned the driver that was here on Friday and he told me that it is not even on the schedule for today (Tuesday) so we will pass another day without collection. Normally problems arise when having to deliver but collecting is a whole new level of the worst service ever!!! I have removed you from my BidorBuy account and will never use your services again. Best part is your tracking shows that the package is still being prepared, putting the blame back on the customer so you don't get bad reviews but your customers do. Good Riddance Pargo.
