Missing Item Order #***

I am very disappointed to experience such service. Upon collection of my parcel at Clicks Highveld mall, one item was not there or packed.

This was my third time ordering with Spree and I must say i am very angry. Hoping to get assistance as this was a gift only to find nothing inside the box of the watch I ordered.
