Lousy service

I placed an order on Bobshop on the 30th of August and on the 1st September, the supplier had packed my order and waiting for Pargo to collect it. The parcel was eventually collected by Pargo on the 16th September after I frustrated the supplier with my calls asking about my order. How can it take 15 days to collect from suppliers? Then days after I collected my order from Portable Things, I kept getting messages & emails to fetch my parcel. Irritating!!!! Can you please get your systems to work.
