Lost Package with no resolution (After 3 week wait)

Package was at the courier hub for 2 weeks. After querying it 3 different support advisors they all said they would come back to me and never did. Eventually I got an email response saying they've lost the package and I should reach out to the company I bought from. No responsibility or accountability whatsoever. If you want to get your package lost and not have any refund or reasoning back then go with Pargo, they'll be sure to mess you around.
