Lost goods between Pargo and the supplier, and Pargo don't care enough to attempt to resolve, or hear my story.
I placed an order via Dischem for delivery via Pargo for some supplies for my 10 month old. 4 weeks later, Dischem says that Pargo have collected it, Pargo says that Dischem never gave it to them, and no one knows where my goods are. The reason this negative review is with Pargo and not Dischem, is that after each call Dischem try to resolve my case. I've given their head office one last day to sort out my problem, before I chronicle my closing remarks on them. Pargo however is easy to review. Their call centre drops 3/4 calls each time I try to follow-up, before I reach a stable connection. On my last call this afternoon, I explained that I'm not sure who lost my goods, but that my frustration is mainly because I was not notified by wither party that anything was wrong. Pargo, despite cancelling the delivery, never notified me about anything. When I asked if this could be implemented, the (not so) helpful consultant explained to me how that is not part of their SLA with Dischem, so it would not happen. I work in sales myself and understand SLA's, but the bottomline is that I am a customer in this scenario, and will never select the Pargo option again, because clearly Pargo does not care about keeping me happy, only fulfilling the bare minimum of their agreement with the supplier. Very disappointing to see in a competitive environment. If anyone at Pargo cares about the customer experience and how to improve it, I am happy to take a call and explain my experience. I doubt it though, because when I asked to communicate to a manager, I was told that this is against company policy.
