Loot purchase with Pargo delivery - FAIL!

On 17 August 2020 an item that was purchased on 12 August from Loot.co.za was shipped via Pargo to be delivered to Clicks, Blue Route Mall. It is 17 September, a month later, we are still waiting for notification to collect it.

Multiple calls yield useless apologies and empty promises to follow up. 3 more days. 48 more hours. And still..... nothing!
