Loot and Pargo 7 day delivery- unacceptable

I ordered goods from Loot on the 24th June. They only delivered the parcel to Pargo on the 27th June. I called Pargo today and was informed that their delivery schedule to the pick up point is 3-5days. This is unacceptable. Takealot will deliver within 24 hours so I don't know why Pargo is so inefficient.
