Long wait with no communication

Pathetic service, I waited for over two weeks for my parcel. Mislead by one of their consultants named Bronwyn,I drove up and down to Clicks to collect my parcel that indicated it was delivered to their store but in actual fact it was not. No communication as to what do I do!!!!
