Lesson learnt, but is it???

10% of your reviews are 5 star, the fact that your customer service is having an out of office day is amazing, begs the question how often that happens. 2 on on the trust index, I am surprised it is even that high.

I should have known better than to add Pargo to my website, based on previous experiences I've had with other companies. Either you need to have a direct contact person or you really need to be making a ton of money for Pargo to care about responding to your queries or providing assistance. Never mind the fact that my company's name gets dragged through the mud. Well, lesson learnt. I will be disconnecting my store from Pargo and taking this matter to the appropriate channels.
