Just dont these guys!!

Item collected 11 days ago. No communication, no updates, phone call after phone call, and now today I find out that the item was damaged in transit. Sorry, returning to sender. It's actually quite amazing the levels of customer service that some companies have simply adjusted to as normal. Sorry, not our problem. We collected it, broke it, but dont worry, we sending the damaged goods back to you.
