<div>My parcel was sent out with mumbox with your company and I received the email that my parcel is ready for delivery within 72hours that was last week. Up until today I have NOT received my parcel, I have tried emailing your company and all I keep getting is an automated email that my query has been resolved where I have not had any physical contact with any of your staff members.
