I ordered Dischem products and they use Pargo delivery service

I ordered Dischem products and they use Pargo delivery service. This order was done on 23 June and I received an email confirming it arrived at Pargo on 24 June. Today is 4 July and I’m still without this parcel. I paid for this courier, it wasn’t even free with my order and they still can’t deliver the parcel to me! No updates given, I’ve had to phone to get an update which has made no difference. I will never order from a company that uses Pargo as their delivery again. Pargo website says “up to 3 business days to deliver” try 9 business days and I’m still counting.
