I had a package sent through pargo on the 16/17th of August they Lost my package!! They even call me to update and tell me there’s a problem with the package

I had a package sent through pargo on the 16/17th of August they Lost my package!! They even call me to update and tell me there’s a problem with the package. The company I ordered from them sent me a replacement again through Pargo on the 30th of August , today is the 12th of September, Pargo again has no clue with what’s happening with my package!! HORRIBLE SERVICE, even the customer care people are rude!!!!! I’m never using this courier again.
