I am still waiting for a parcel send from Dischem with Pargo, after four days although it shows on tracking number it was send out for delivery two days ago, it has not arrived yet and no one can confirm where it is

I am still waiting for a parcel send from Dischem with Pargo, after four days although it shows on tracking number it was send out for delivery two days ago, it has not arrived yet and no one can confirm where it is. Not happy with this Courier service!
