HORRIBLE COURIER COMPANY AND ITS HORRIBLE AGENTS

What a horrible company! The attitude of their agents is even worse! On 02 December 2025 Edgars informed their courier to go collect my parcel so they can deliver it at my chosen Pargo pickup point. Today is the 05th of December 2025 and the delivery status remains the same “Courier informed to collect parcel”, since 02 December 2025 until now!! When I contact their agents on WhatsApp they keep promising that they are pushing for it to be collected because their courier attempted to collect it but that the collection vehicle was too small to accommodate my parcel. Mind you, it’s just a mere lousy top and 1 pair of slides!!

So they say after the first collection attempt failed, another collection is rebooked with the next day or two! So in this case, the next day or two as they say is supposed to be 03 to 04 December 2025. It’s now 05 December 2025 and still the status remains “Courier informed to collect parcel” 💔💔 Can you imagine that!!!

So one of their agents, Asanda, who I recently and last interacted with on WhatsApp, says my language is abusive and she ended our chat!! So my language is abusive because I’m asking them to urgently have my parcel collected and delivered??? This drives me nuts!!!
