GREAT MARKETING, TERRIBLE SERVICE

Disappointed in the service; given the Brand Identity and its marketing, we expected an excellent working relationship, but sadly, we were mistaken. Pargo takes exceptionally long to deliver, with some of our parcels taking up to 20 days just to be delivered!!! Understandably click and collect is their primary focus, which is another JOKE! A customer selected a pick-up point at a store listed in a well-known shopping mall- only to find out the store- DOES NOT EXIST. They wouldn't even redirect the parcel for us. Our experience with them has been nothing but FRUSTRATING!
