FRUSTRATION WITH PARGO COURIERS

I actually do not even want to give them one star. They notified me of my parcel being delivered on the 4th of August. It is the 12 of August and my parcel has still not reached me. It seems, they are bases in Cape Town, outsourcing their contract in Gauteng to FedEx. This leaves me with a situation where I cannot contact the actual company delivering my parcel. It is 8 days and NOBODY is coming back to assist
