First time using PARGO and i am extremely disappointed at the BAD SERVICE.

Saturday, 26 October 2019 i purchased an item on Bid or Buy.The Parcel is apparently situated in JHB and i am in CPT. Tuesday 29 September 2019 i called the supplier and PARGO just query if the hand over has taken place and both told me that my item was not even collected yet.Supplier assured me that PARGO has promised to collect the parcel on this day.Today is Wednesday, 30 October 2019 and the supplier is still sitting with my item and 7 other items belonging to other buyers which was also suppose to be collected by PARGO on monday and some items were to be collected Friday,25 October 2019 already but yet again PARGO still has not collected the items.This was my first time using PARGO and i assure that i will never make use of their service again.Cheap courier = cheap service i will next time rather pay more for excellent service.I even tried calling them now to follow up and the answering machine literally states "No one is available to take your call and you should leave a message" is there not suppose to be an official/officials dealing with follow ups like this?.I just feel this company is extremely unprofessional.
