First Pargo experience disappointing...never again

I wish I had read the reviews before attempting to ship with Pargo. I placed my order with them on 5.12.25 for a parcel to be collected . this was supposed to be collected on 9.12.25. as at today 10.12.25 8pm I have had no feedback on my query I submitted 24 hours ago. I used Pargo as they were recommended as being a great courier. My first experience with them has been nothing but disappointing. I would rather pay a little more for shipping and use a company that will deliver
