Fedex and pargo bad service

After receiving an email stating my package was out on delivery, the email stated the correct address only to receive a call and driver said where he was i discovered he was at the incorrect address. I then said he cannot leave my package there. He then took it and just left it at the depo i still did not get my package. I was told they outsourced the courier to fedex so now im not sure who i must deal with.
