Fed up with Pargo and Kingsmead!!

I have purchased shoes through Kingsmead 00:00 24/11/23 I have received emails from Pargo saying my package is out for delivery for the longest time. I seen they have an old number I emailed support to update still nothing!! This morning I received an email saying final delivery attempt. How if noone has ever come to my house I stayed home for the past two days to be available for them but nothing. What an absolute inconvenience I need these items for this coming weekend!!
