Failure to return my package due to their failure to collect and deliver on time.

This is the worst courier company I have ever had to work with. I sent a package I sold on Yaga through them, after dropping off at the store for collection they only collected it a month later after I had requested that they leave it since I will be fetching it because the customer no longer wanted it and the order had been cancelled. They **** and said that they had returned it and had me waste transport money twice going to town to collect it, Ive also lost a lot of airtime and data calling and emailing them pleading to have my parcel back as I need it back. I dropped it off on the 29th of August 2025 and the date today is 7 November 2025, its past two months and they have no intention of assisting me to get my parcel back. They should close shop if they are failing to work as I recently saw many negative comments on their favebook page as well.
