Extremely Poor Service & Missing Parcel

I am utterly disappointed at the service I have received from Pargo ,it is both pathetic and nothing short of careless ! I received a collection notification and went to the pickup point , only to be told my parcel was not there. I have been dispensing my own resources for the past two days following up and yet there seems to be no end in sight. I was informed that Pargo is waiting for proof of delivery from the driver and that the case has been "escalated" and yet no one can provide whereabouts of my parcel or a solution. This is unacceptable, especially for a paid service. I am not supposed to be wasting time and efforts trying to recover a parcel that should have been available for collection as per the notification. If you are looking for a courier service that is not careless , inconsiderate and unprofessional then keep searching because Pargo is in fact all of the above.
