Extremely Poor Service from Pargo

I am extremely disappointed with Pargo's service. My Amazon order was scheduled for delivery today, and I paid for next-day delivery through Amazon Prime. Instead of delivering my parcel as promised, Pargo sent me a message claiming there was an issue with my address and instructed me to contact them.

This is unacceptable. I paid for a delivery service, and I expect my parcel to arrive on time. It is not my responsibility to chase a courier company or resolve last-minute delivery issues that should have been addressed beforehand.

Pargo's failure to deliver as promised has wasted my time and caused unnecessary frustration. If there was an issue with my address, it should have been communicated and resolved before the delivery date, not at the last minute.

I expect Pargo to take responsibility, resolve this issue immediately, and deliver my parcel without further delays. Customers deserve better service, clear communication, and accountability. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Pargo.
