Extremely Disappointed with Pargo Service

I received a message from Pargo that my package was ready for collection. I confirmed with the sender that it would be available from 8 AM on Friday, which was the only time I had to collect it due to work commitments.

When I arrived at the store, I waited for 30 minutes and was not assisted. I was told the person responsible for helping customers had opened the store and then left. I had no choice but to leave without my package because I needed to get to work.

This is unacceptable and very disappointing. Pargo’s poor service has now inconvenienced me badly, and I won’t be able to return for collection until the week after next. Customers deserve reliability and professionalism which I did not experience.
