Don't use Pargo and Puma online

I have encountered subpar customer service with PUMA Online and Pargo. I received an incorrect parcel, and despite repeated inquiries, they have been unable to locate my parcel. I have ordered items as a gift for Christmas, yet the items sent to me are not the ones I ordered. Despite returning the incorrect items, my item remains unaccounted for.
