Don't EVER use pargo!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Useless service.

Received waybill on the 19th, only picked up parcel on the 2nd of the next month and now it seems they've lost my parcel and deleted my waybill number from their system so that I can no longer track parcel online. Was told by three difference operators at call center they'll get back to me. Nothing yet.

Pathetic to say the least.
