Disappointing first experience with Pargo

<p>I received an sms from Pargo today saying that my parcel was ready for collection. When I got to the Pargo pickup, I was told that their scanner was up the road at their other branch and that I was to come back in a weeks time to collect. What kind of rediculous service is this?</p>
