Disappointed by Pargo service

I ordered from one day only and my pargo point was Clicks Richards Bay. I am based in Pretoria and I bought my mom (who lives in Richards Bay) kitchen stuff. I was told by someone at Clicks that they can not release the parcel as my sister did not bring my ID Book. There is no where in the email received from Pargo where it says the collector should bring the ID Book of the buyer, and my sister had her ID card with her on collection. So now my order is at Clicks and the staff there do not want to release it. I am so frustrated and annoyed by the service received from your associate.

If my ID Book is a requirement why was it not communicated to me clearly that way I was not going to use this service?
