Customer service lower the shark ****...

... it's been well over a month, my parcel has not been picked up and returned to the woolworths warehouse. Empty commitments and lies. Each time I'm told the courier will be pick it up on the day and that my case is being escalated... so much dishonestly, it's appalling and sad. Customer service is the pits.
