Customer service

I studied with IQ academy and they use pargo to send out certificates. My certificate got lost between pargo and clicks kagiso mall and till to this day none of the 2 companies is whilling to help me they just keep taking me back and forth .

I am sadly unable to apply for any vacancy as I cant prove my qualifications.
