Clever idea, but they're making me wait.

I thought the business model was quite clever, but as always it's implementation that matters. I received a notice that my parcel had been delivered, but when I got to the pick-up point on a Saturday morning I was told I can only get the parcel from the "office", and the "office" is only open on Mondays to Fridays. The collection notification makes no mention of operating hours, and the information on the website clearly states opening hours from 07:00 to 14:00 on Saturdays.
